Swim -2,000/55 minutes
On this morning's bike ride, I had two very close encounters with rabbits. Luckily, I didn't hit either of them. Several folks were out and about, probably because the weather was very comfortable.
I had a frustrating day at work but things seemed somewhat smoothed out by the time I left. The commute home, however, was a bit rough.
Unwinding in the pool was wonderful. I didn't have to share a lane for long because my favorite lane cleared out shortly after I arrived. I had it to myself, making me extend my swim to 80 laps (planned 60).
